5. Digital Delivery

All Mysteia products are digital and delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout. Typical delivery times:

Love Diagnosis: within 10 minutes of purchase
Closeness Restoration Ritual: 7 daily emails starting 24 hours after purchase
Deep Diagnosis: within 3 hours of completing the 5 follow-up questions

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can receive emails from ellen@mysteia.com. We are not responsible for emails filtered to spam or blocked by your email provider.

6. No Refunds Policy

Due to the personalized and immediate nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing a digital product that begins delivery immediately upon payment
You waive your right to withdrawal for digital content that has begun delivery
You understand the entertainment-only nature of our content

If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, please email support@mysteia.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. For one-click upsell purchases, your payment method is securely stored by Stripe and charged when you confirm an additional product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Mysteia - including readings, diagnoses, written materials, designs, logos, and code - is owned by Mysteia. You may use the personal content delivered to you for your own private reflection. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or publish our content
Use our content for commercial purposes
Reproduce our website design, code, or branding
Train AI models on our content

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass payment systems or access content without paying
Use Mysteia for any illegal purpose
